Annet Mahendru
Mahendru's parents are Russian and Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. She can speak fluent German Russian English, French Persian as well Hindi. The parents of Annet Mahendru are Russian and Indian. A choreographed performance at age 11 that aired on German television, transformed her into an Russian dancer, who became a snow maiden. After high school, she graduated and was awarded a bachelor's degree in English from New York. In college, she attended acting classes in the HB studio but the quit to pursue improvisation classes with the Groundlings School taking on several comedy shows afterward. Her family was brought up within Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru, and an Russian-speaking mother Olga. At the age of 13, her parents divorced and they moved her from Kabul Afghanistan, to East Meadow New York. Keri Russell as well as Matthew Rhys star in FX's The Americans. Her most well-known role is the ex- KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. Her recurring appearance on Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
